Goals
1. Develop an understanding for mindfulness and movement
2. Change the patterns of thought and behaviors by providing tools for self-discovery
Highlights
The world is equal parts wonder and intensity. Now more than ever, we are noticing the importance of health, wellness, community and optimism. Our children need optimism for the future, hope to live their best lives, and tools to make it possible.
I am looking forward to having the opportunity to share some of the knowledge of self that I have studied over my many years as an instructor.
Each lesson over the 12 weeks of the mindfulness program will be focused on understanding and adopting life-changing tools of mindfulness and movement.
I am hopeful that your children will carry these tools well into adulthood, and keep them close as they move through this colorful and challenging world with new intentions. Each moment spent learning these practices is an opportunity to plant seeds of goodness that live on within them forever in ways seen and unseen.
